08th April 2003 – Year 1 Anniversary Today marks exactly one year since impROV began trading and it seems like yesterday as we have been so fully occupied developing our products and market and getting to grips with the daily practicalities of running the business. Market conditions in our main sector, Oil & Gas, have been challenging of course but we have been fortunate enough to secure orders of a value and type consistent with our plans and we enter our second trading year with a significant backlog and a lot to look forward to. We enter it in the knowledge that we have already provided products and / or services to projects in the Caribbean, Mediterranean, North Sea, US Gulf and South-East Asia. While obviously concentrating on securing new business and developing innovative products and services we have done the work necessary to meet the other objectives we set ourselves as a responsible company. Within our first trading quarter we had formally released and implemented our Health, Safety and Environmental Policy and we have now implemented a robust Quality Management System following the guidelines of BS EN ISO 9001:2000. We are currently managing projects utilising the system as we bed it down in the company and have recently come through a detailed Customer audit successfully. At this first year landmark we would like to thank all of our Customers for choosing to place your business with impROV. We look forward to continuing our relationships with you, providing subsea intervention equipment and services which truly add value to your own businesses. We must also thank our Vendors and Service Providers who we recognise as vitally important in the development of our business. We hope to continue in the same vein, keeping those supply chain relationships in the good health that they are now, as we see this as the key to continued on time, high quality deliveries to our Customers.
