Fugro-impROV place great emphasis on supporting Customers who buy our equipment for their projects wherever those projects may be in the world. To that end we have a dedicated Aftermarket Business Line which supports Customers in the following ways:

Provision of highly trained and experienced Field Service Technicians to operate and maintain equipment we provide at Customer operating locations around the world.

Provision of Spares Packages to facilitate continuous operations.

Provision of Rental Tools at short notice to cover any extra requirements that Customers find they have as additional rigs and vessels come on line during project execution.

Provision of a complete Overhaul & Repair service.
As part of our development within Fugro we are striving to decentralise all of these services to an even greater extent. Whilst we have always provided Field Service Technicians and Spares where the Customer needs them, we have in the past stored Rental Tools centrally and our Overhaul & Repair service is localised in Aberdeen and Houston to ensure compliance with our stringent HSSE and Quality standards. However we are gradually beginning to roll out Rental Tools to other Fugro Subsea Services Division locations and, in time, we will develop local Overhaul and Repair capabilities in these locations also. This local O&R capability will be particularly focused on deepwater regions where transit of equipment to Aberdeen or Houston may be inconvenient, such as Asia, Brazil and West Africa.
